Q: Why should I use Suburbia Realty?

A: Suburbia Realty are one of the only property company’s that are dedicated to servicing clients that are not UK based. 

Q: But then again what separates you from the rest?

A: We put a lot of emphasis on trust and the quality of our long distance contact. 

Q: How do I de-instruct my existing arrangement?

A: We would always recommend you confirm your actions in writing, but you must receive confirmation in case there any penalties, costs or time restrains. 

Q: How do I get started?

A: Complete either the Evaluation form or the Sell or Rent Form. 

Q: What if I do not have regular access to a computer?

A: That’s ok, we are quite happy to communicate by post & phone.

 Q: When selling how do I get legal representation?

A: You can use any UK based conveyancer you choose, but if you’re stuck, we can recommend several that have plenty of experience. 

Q: What happens about confirming my identification?

A: There several legal institutions abroad that UK solicitors liaise with to confirm identification and oversee the signing of legal documents. 

Q: It all sounds confusing how can I keep track?

A: From the evaluation to the completion we keep track of every step and keep you up-dated.

 Q: At what stage do I become obligated to Suburbia?

A: Like any other agent; No sale No Fee. Letting will depend upon the length of the agreement.

 Q: How much does it cost?

A: Sales 1.75% and letting full management 15% of contact.
